Back to court today. I could go into details, but I won't. Bottom line is that Little Robert's biological father's rights were terminated by the court today.
And... a great as that sounds, we now wait on pins and needles for the next 20 days to see if he files an appeal.
While we're waiting though the adoption process begins. I don 't know all the details on that yet. If no appeal is filed on today's court decision, it's going to take about 3 months for the adoption to go through.
IF the appeal is filed... oh, let's just not go there, it'll take a LOT longer.
I'll let you know in 20 days if it looks like the year is looking up.
