The Future of our Country

Gary (Megan's Fiancee' and Beaumont's newest Firefighter) worked his shift at the FD last Thursday (3-1). It was Gary's turn to put the flags on the flagpole. He... put the U.S. flag up upside down. Apparently it stayed that way for about 6 hours until someone called the FD to ask if we (the United States) was under attack.

You see, the International Distress Signal is for a country's flag to fly upside down.

He told Megan the story, who told the spouse and I the story... so the next morning I got up to see this on Gary and Megan's bedroom door.
